What goes wrong is everything after that.
Nobody at the venue who knows the console. Feedback during the speeches. A wireless mic that cuts out because nobody checked the frequencies against the venue’s own system. Lights that were rigged but never focused, so half the stage sits in shadow.
We do not drop equipment and leave. Our technicians arrive with it, set it up, test it, and stay for the event. When something needs adjusting during the function, the person standing behind the desk knows the desk.
That is the whole difference, and it is the reason we own our equipment instead of hiring it in.
Tathastu Events provides sound system, lighting and staging rental in Lucknow and across Uttar Pradesh. All equipment is owned and maintained by us, and operated by experienced technicians. The company has supplied event lighting for The International Conference of Chief Justices of the World ‑ CMS, every year since 2017, and has run sound and lighting for weddings, concerts, corporate events and public functions in Lucknow since 2006.

A compact point source system, two speakers and a small mixer. Ambient and warm lighting rather than a rig.

Satellite system with subwoofers, monitors for the stage, wireless microphones, moving head lighting.

Line array, with delay stacks depending on the depth of the ground. Full lighting rig on truss.

Full line array with delays, a dedicated monitor position, engineers on both, and LED walls where sightlines need them.
