A lot of event companies list 20 services. Read closely and most of them are things they will hire somebody else to do for you.
We list four, because four is what we actually own. Our crew, our equipment, our production team. If it is on this page, it is being done by people who work at Tathastu.
Tathastu Events, founded in Lucknow in 2006, provides wedding planning, corporate event management, social and private event planning, and sound and lighting equipment rental across Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh. Production, decor, sound, lighting and hospitality are delivered by our own teams.
Weddings
Every function from the roka to the vidaai. Decor design, mandap and stage, sound and lighting, catering coordination, guest hospitality, and somebody from our team on site for all of it. Functions at home included, which is where most planners quietly step back.
Corporate Events
Product launches, conferences, dealer meets, exhibitions, award nights and annual days. Our own staging, rigging, sound and lighting crew, working to a schedule that does not move. Conference lighting delivered every year since 2017.
Parties and Social Events
Anniversaries, receptions, New Year and private celebrations. Two of the largest New Year nights in Lucknow have run on the same evening, both of them ours. We take the small ones just as seriously.
Sound and Lighting on Rent
Line arrays, monitors, mixing consoles, moving heads, par cans, trussing and staging. Delivered, rigged and operated by our own technicians, across Lucknow and the districts around it.
