Tathastu Events has managed corporate events in Lucknow since 2006: product launches, conferences, exhibitions, dealer meets, award nights and annual days. The company has provided event lighting for The International Conference of Chief Justices of the World ‑ CMS, every year since 2017. We provide the staging, rigging, sound, lighting and technical crew.

How a corporate event runs with us
Brief and site recce
We visit the venue before quoting. Power, load-in access, ceiling height and sightlines decide what is actually possible, and none of that is visible from a floor plan.
Technical plan and costed proposal
Equipment list, crew list and an itemised cost. You can take this to procurement without translating it first.
Run sheet, to the minute
Written, shared and agreed in advance. Everybody knows what happens at 6:40pm, including us.
Setup and rehearsal
Rigged and tested before the room opens. Speakers get a soundcheck, not a surprise.
Show day
Our crew stays for the whole event. Nothing is left to venue staff.
